Jane Ainbinder

 

Jane is an award-winning filmmaker who has created content for documentaries, narrative films, commercials, and corporate videos. After graduating with an MFA from USC School of Cinematic Arts, Jane worked as a broadcast commercial editor while keeping her hand in independent filmmaking. Eventually, Jane wrote, directed, and co-produced Nail Polish, a narrative feature length film that screened in festivals nationally and won Best 35mm Feature at Long Island Film Festival 2007 & Best Home Grown Film at Garden State Film Festival 2007. She was a recipient of Panavision’s New Filmmakers Grant and a Fleishhacker Foundation Grant. Jane created Backtalk Films to produce content for businesses, non-profits, and other independent filmmakers.

When not producing, Jane enjoys writing short fiction and photography.
